Worst company ever If you buy a chair from these guys ignore the warrant I was told my chair stitching could not be classed as wear and tear due to size of rip to now be told Thomas spoke to warehouse team and they have said it is wear and tear, got one chair in 2020 and one in 2022 the one in 2020 is perfectly fine the one from 2022 is ripped and it’s down to me to pay £60 for a new base! NOT HAPPENING looking at another company for a new chair! Goodbye GT Omega

Really bad at dealing with customers… Really bad at dealing with customers and don't do anything to help apart from demand that we send a video of the issue the damn chair was only purchased in December but they said video or we will do nothing about it you want to return it you need to go through amazon amazon then tell you to contact the company I'm not playing ping-pong and as such have now cut my loses and binned the chair my advise is steer clear of these clowns once they have your payment they don't want to know !!

I ordered the GT Omega Titan and RS12… I ordered the GT Omega Titan and RS12 seat and received the items within 3 business days. Everything was in great shape and quite easy to install. Thanks for the quick turn around. Great company!

Goods in very good condition. UPS delivery dates a bit annoying Order and confirmation ran smoothly. Received my ordered Omega Prime Rig as well as Racing seat in very good condition. No complaints at all, even the packages looked from outside pretty used. A bit confusing were the individual messages (emails) of UPS about the delivery date. It was hard to accommodate to be at home at anticipated date of delivery as the dates have been changed a couple of times. Here is some room for improvement. But other than that everything ok.
