Unpaid Transaction Traded a Bowie fade during a steam outage and the other person took my skin. I was told I would get a refund and im still waiting 3 days later. Support specialist is named Thea EDIT: got it refunded on day 3, within the time period that was provided by Thea. All in all, not the worst experience with selling a skin. Support is always not available Support is always not available, I topped up my account to be skins and the website requested KYC even though there was NO KYC mention when I topped up account, Such Scam act, they are not replying to ticket and not giving my money back!
