Slow to respond to anything, while ignoring most questions. Would not communicate and answer simple questions. Did not want to deliver the product in the manner I asked for. Would not tell give me an eta on delivery, I sat there for a full hour asking for an estimate before i got a reply, "we are working on it". This carried on to the next day, and didn't even make it that far. Hours later (after work) I queried again, it was made clear in very few words that it had been forgotten about. It was delivered within 10 minutes of this... While i got my product, I was not happy with the customer service, especially regarding a purchase that I wasn't 100% comfortable making in the first place.

Moon I have contacted moon and have been asking a lot of questions as I would first like to get all the info before I get myself into something that I don't want later. Moon was very patient and responded in a timely manner, has given me all the info I requested and I have received my order in less than 5 minutes of purchase. I definitely recommend.

Very fast delivery and helpful live support very awesome service, i got my kinah about 10mins after my purchase. really helpful support, know what is he/she doing dont know the gender.. but overall i like this company and surely will buy more when i need it more kinah :)
