First Time Customer First time customer. Even with all these reviews. I heard so much and read so much about site before purchasing. I purchased, Moon no show for 24 hours. After that he said he was working on it. Few hours later. Then he said its new years we have no one farming. After that he said I'll refund you. Hours later nothing happen. So tomorrow afternoon. No refund = dispute. I have screen shot of conversation. Don't use this site.

Slow to respond to anything, while ignoring most questions. Would not communicate and answer simple questions. Did not want to deliver the product in the manner I asked for. Would not tell give me an eta on delivery, I sat there for a full hour asking for an estimate before i got a reply, "we are working on it". This carried on to the next day, and didn't even make it that far. Hours later (after work) I queried again, it was made clear in very few words that it had been forgotten about. It was delivered within 10 minutes of this... While i got my product, I was not happy with the customer service, especially regarding a purchase that I wasn't 100% comfortable making in the first place.
