Awesome customer service and great product Customer service is really quick to respond back. I asked if I could get my dog’s probiotic shipped at a later date and it was a simple process. Miriam was very sweet and polite when she explained their internal process. Highly recommend Honest Paws probiotics, wish I could have had the forethought to take before and after photos. My girl River has had a bout of really bad fungal infection. Vet said that probiotics may help as the antibiotics she took post surgery may have wiped out her own bacteria. Over the course of the year, her fur grew all back shiny, couldn’t even tell that was the same dog.

The CBD works Always helpful if I have to call. My rescue anxious dog has mellowed out. He does not go after people who have been to the house before, but he used to. He does guard his territory against new people,, especially workmen arriving with tools. If you have a hyper dog with fears, try the CBD oil.

Needed help for a return I needed to return a bottle of CBD oil because I have plenty at the moment, and I spoke with Genesis who was very helpful and very responsive. They were able to help me with the return and their follow up was wonderful.
