Crooks who take your money and don’t respond to emails Horrendous customer service. They went on to charge 3 months worth of pro subscriptions despite me asking them numerous times to cancel. No response ever received from customer services. Unable to cancel via bank because the subscription was started using a guest account through PayPal. Bunch of crooks if you ask me.

Refusal to cancel account; continuing to charge I have been asking for my account to be cancelled for at least 5 months. Account has not been cancelled and they have continued to charge my credit card every month (I signed up as a guest with PayPal - do NOT do this). They take forever to respond to the cancel request and then always find a reason not to cancel it (“we need your subscription id “ etc when this has been provided numerous times). Not a good way for a bona fide business to operate.
