Trustworthy Before I bought a 3 month subscription, my phone died as I made the purchase, but it didn't go through. Afterwards I saw it got charged to my account and I had no code, afterwards it was reimbursed back to me within a few hours and I was able to buy the code again. Terrible trial We purchased a 48 hour trial x box live account to use to see if it would be worth buying in the future. Then we get an email saying it may take up to 24 hours for the account to be active? We were not able to play online the day of purchase and tried many diffferent ways for the system to recognize our new subscription but we were never able to resolve it. I am very disappointed at micrsoft and the trial subscription was not worth it.
