Terrible trial We purchased a 48 hour trial x box live account to use to see if it would be worth buying in the future. Then we get an email saying it may take up to 24 hours for the account to be active? We were not able to play online the day of purchase and tried many diffferent ways for the system to recognize our new subscription but we were never able to resolve it. I am very disappointed at micrsoft and the trial subscription was not worth it.

Xbox Live Gold Membership Everything was perfect. It was convenient, easy and fast. The access code was there instantly. My son was very pleased. In the past, I've ordered the card. It takes at least 3-5 days to arrive in the mail. He would get so upset cause he had to wait. Not anymore. Will always renew our membership through this site.

Great service I have ordered 3 codes from their website. One had already been used so they immediately refunded it once I sent the email with pictures verifying it had been used. Never have had any problem. Great customer service.

I had read a lot of good things about … I had read a lot of good things about this website but when I tried to buy a code it didn't work. Also it triggered a fraud warning on my credit card which probably means I got charged for nothing. Be careful if you want to try to use this site. Since writing this review I have been helped my their customer service and successfully got my money back. The code never worked out but overall they did a good job.
