GBAbsolutely terrible, go to another store. I ordered 9/12/14 and waited all the way until 10/5/14, when i decided to just cancel the order. After the first week of waiting and sending a email to their customer service, they told me that it would take 1-2 weeks because the case was on backorder. I was in no rush to get my controller, so I said I would wait, no biggie. 2 weeks later, I asked for an update on my controller...by this time, I expected everything to be instock and ready to ship out(That's what the website said all the time)...They even gave me a link to Zen desk as a "tracking order"(they used quotes). So I used the link and nothing, couldn't access anything. Figuring it was faulty, I emailed again a week later asking for any update of my controller. Their response "Yes, sorry, the monster energy controller shell is on backorder. Please choose another so we can ship it out right away. Thanks." After 3 weeks of this back and forth with them always saying on backorder or unavailable, I just sent them a email saying that if they couldn't give me any actual and useful update on my order, they should just cancel my order. They did just that, they knew they had no information on my order, it was just a big run around attempt grab my money without delivering without any product. Overall just terrible Customer server- no helping at all, just a big circle of information. Very disappointed in this company and would never even think about ordering anything from them again.(This was my first order) Tl;dr: Highly disappointed and upset. Customer service is terrible- no usefulness, run around to stall for time, and absolute false information all around. Of course, you could ignore my review, I might have just been one of those customer that just didn't get any attention from the company...But think about this, why order from a company if they treat even one customer like me?

GBthe order went very well the company had great customer service, the first chip i ordered seemed to have an issue, so they repaired it free of charge, great company would definately buy from again

CAAWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME! I love this website! I ordered my Xbox One chrome modded controller last Tuesday and it was on my front porch by Friday. I haven't been able to put it down since and it is crazy what this thing does! The rapid fire is insane, better than any I've used before and it has some crazy features. Big shout out to the lady who walked me through the features on the phone and hooked me up with the free shipping. You have earned a repeat customer and my buddy put in his order this morning. We will be gaming together and be an unstoppable force. THANKS INTENSAFIRESTORE!

GBGood mod I love that it uses a standard PS3 controller. Work great with good mode choices. My only complaint is that I had to unplug it to reset it every so often. It was like the controller did not recognize it was there. Actually, the little wire that connects the mod to the controller broke. I need a new one. I do tend to squeeze my controller pretty hard sometimes, maybe that is the cause. Other than that a great overall mod.

GBLack of Communication They Report that they are the first to release a Modded XboxOne Controller when in fact they are not (most mod controllers for other companies have shipped) since they started Taking Pre-Orders around 12/01/2013, with a shipping date of 12/16/2013 to date (02/04/2014). the controller has still not shipped. when ever I contact them they always say next week or sometime in the next 2 weeks!
