GBLong time customer For four years now, our experience with Darwin's has been excellent! We automatically recieve fresh raw, organic dog food for our pup each month, mixed with organic veggies, so we trust the meat and ingredients to be clean and toxic free, and our pup loves and thrives on this food! When he was younger we lightly cooked the food in a pan, but now we just feed it to him chilled after a night in the fridge. We order both the Natural Selections Beef and Turkey options. We've never had an issue with recieving the orders- and even when the shipping company had a slight issue one time, Darwin's made everything right with no fuss. We would highly recommend this food and service to anyone!

GBWe love Darwin’s! We have been feeding our lab Dougie Darwin’s for 12 years and can’t say enough good things about this company. Dougie is healthy and active (aka still acts like a puppy) and we believe Darwin’s had a big part in that. He is allergic to chicken and potatoes and somewhat to beef so we order the duck and have no problems. Any time we’ve needed to modify our order or change shipment dates they have been very easy to communicate with. We really love Darwin’s and next year will submit a picture so he can make the yearly calendar!

GBAt first I really liked Darwin’s and my… At first I really liked Darwin’s and my dog seemed to like it too. Unfortunately out of only 3 orders (the first one being discontinued as a new member) they failed to deliver my dogs food on my 3rd order. We spent around $175 for no food?? Not what i’m looking for. I emailed them and 3 times with no response. So after requesting another form for them to contact me about my order they simply wrote this “Thank you for reaching out to us about your orders, and I hope your day is going well. Looking into order 2085569 which shipped on Wednesday 4/3 it shows delivered with FedEx tracking: 272945993029 on Friday 4/5. Please let me know if I can assist you further.” I looked up the tracking number and it did show that it had delivered but we never received it. The “proof of delivery” photo was nothing but a blurry picture. I emailed a screenshot to the person that had sent me the email above and requested a refund. This is the response I received back “After investigating order 2085569 has been confirmed delivered with the carrier, and unfortunately the refund request is denied. As a 1x courtesy I can offer to replace the order you stated not receiving for shipping next week, if you confirm you would like the order.” A COURTESY?? As if I was the one that made the problem. However, I accepted this as I wanted to continue to feed my dog raw food and I have already paid for the food. The lady told me she would send me a tracking number for the food when it was shipped, that never came. She said it was to be delivered today, Wednesday April 24th, 2024. But nothing was delivered to my door (which is where the previous orders had been delivered). So I had to go scouring around my complex to see where it was. I found it sitting in the corner of the mail room where anyone could have taken it and no notification that it had been delivered. Nevertheless, I was happy to finally have raw food to feed my dog again. That is until I opened the package. All my previous orders have been for BEEF and TURKEY as my dog is allergic to chicken. I open the box and find 5 packs of CHICKEN and 5 TURKEY. This is absolutely ridiculous. If i’m going to pay almost $200 for my dogs food it’s going to be correct. I have emailed them but they will not open again until tomorrow. PLUS this also happened to a friend that orders through Darwin’s, they also messed up her order and gave her chicken and her dogs are allergic as well. I will be fighting for a refund and will update this review as things happen. Long story short, don’t order from Darwin’s!!!

GBMy 3 year old Bernedoodle who is very picky and finicky about food , digs Darwin and we love how his coat and energy shines !! We absolutely love this human grade food to our beloved Bernedoodle ! My pupper is very picky and finicky about any food , to make it worse he got a very sensitive stomach too, so far this is the only food he accepts and agrees readily! We highly recommend this wonderful product to anyone considering!!
