We love Darwin’s! We have been feeding our lab Dougie Darwin’s for 12 years and can’t say enough good things about this company. Dougie is healthy and active (aka still acts like a puppy) and we believe Darwin’s had a big part in that. He is allergic to chicken and potatoes and somewhat to beef so we order the duck and have no problems. Any time we’ve needed to modify our order or change shipment dates they have been very easy to communicate with. We really love Darwin’s and next year will submit a picture so he can make the yearly calendar!

Most caring gift for your critter companions! I have been feeding my terrier mix gal Darwin's grain free raw diet for over 7 years now. She is 15 years old with few medical conditions. And, only sees a vet for routine blood work. Darwin's has superior products and their customer service will exceed your expectations! A wonderful team of people!

Changed review I’m happy to have a company that knows the importance of feeding raw. I initially deleted a couple stars because of my concern about packaging and shipping content. The company reached out to me and gave me useful information I needed to give an informed review. Because of that I’ve changed my review to five stars. They seem to genuinely care about the health and wellbeing of animals and the planet, and for that I’m extremely grateful.

Product quality control needs work While I love the premise of Darwin and continue to purchase Feline Turkey and Feline Kidney Support on a regular basis, since the Covid-19 pandemic, we have had trouble with the Feline Kidney Support. There are batches that our cat loves and others that we struggle to get him to eat. This is a prescription-only product and therefore we would very much appreciate Darwin performing a quality control check.

Deliveries are always on time, tracking info is provided in advance, and everything is packed up well. Portioning the food is easy. Staff was friendly and helpful the couple times I’ve contacted customer service. We’ve been customers for over 5 years. Great overall experience.
