Log into Facebook and go to a page called: nostalgia fix are scammers Updated: support said they cancelled my order (Which they did not) but shipper sent it out anyways so it was held in transit in FL because of covid with “label created” for weeks. Filed with card company because of no communication from aimee. Maybe I’m too used to the convenience of Amazon. Not removing the title of my review. Do your research before ordering. No Communication!

Well worth it. Love the console design. Menus are easy to navigate. The gamesir controllers i ordered are very well made. They have weight to them and function exactly as they should. Made a second order from these guys. Well worth the money.

Misleading Shipping Timeframe, Missing Power Cord, No Reply A couple of days after payment, I received a shipping tracking number, but the unit was not actually shipped until 2 weeks later. Upon receipt, I found that the NVIDIA power cord was missing. I used their site chat and left 2 messages, but never saw a reply to my email as promised. Still waiting to hear from Retro Naut to resolve this issue.

I am very much a fan of this I am very much a fan of this, there's only 2 things that I don't like. One is there isn't enough usb connections on the back for 2 controllers. And also with some of the libraries like nes you have to completly restart the device to exit the game and go back to the game selection screen. But that's just nit picking otherwise it is a phenomenal device!
