If you see their negative reviews a lot of them are from sellers who have tried to recover their accounts which shows how secure your purchase is with these guys. Would always recommend paying for the account protection as it's better to pay that extra fee and be secured for a lifetime rather than the potential of having that account recovered. Wonderful experience as a buyer and would 100% recommend these guys!

About 8 months later account gets recovered by original owner and I try to contact them to use the insurance and am told they can not help me. Lost 1100 usd to this website. They decide when it's valid and when it's not, they allow selling of accounts in all games where it's prohibited, right until the game itself cracks down on them, and then they stop. In this situation they will do nothing to help you, as it's "out of their control" Not worth the hassle, will never buy from them again as their support is absolutely useless, all they say is whoops sorry, not our problem anymore.
