Spent over 1000 on a maxed Osrs account and paid an extra hundred for their insurance. About 8 months later account gets recovered by original owner and I try to contact them to use the insurance and am told they can not help me. Lost 1100 usd to this website. Do not recommend. edit: they recently tried t oget trustpilot to take down my review, luckily i had screenshots saved of the conversations with accountwarehouse support saved. shady company. i am not a bot, i am a real person who had a bad experience using their service.

Account warehouse claims they cannot refund anything related to osrs however I had LIMETIME warranty. They provided 3 screenshots with hardly any information, it's extremely negligent and they stopped replying to my emails. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
