GBHappy with the "scratch and dent" set I… Happy with the "scratch and dent" set I bought for $100 However, paying anything above that would be a major disappointment. The edges of the wood are all sharp ( a quick sandpaper rub fixed it tho) The frame is all unfinished wood which will need to be stained or have a protective coating applied otherwise the wood will not last if used outdoors. The "scratch " purchase came with 8 bags which are corn filled due to the dust that comes out of them. While corn not specified in the item description, I would have preferred plastic resin for outdoor use.

GBResponsive Service, Good Product My wife bought me corn hole for Father's Day. It looked great and seemed like high quality construction. Unfortunately the box may have been dropped because one of the corners was nicked. I reached out to customer service and they responded right away. They immediately sent me a replacement to fix the situation. It's nice to know you can trust a company to stand behind their product.

GBAll Weather Slick Woody's Cornhole I first played cornhole on a Slick Woody's Board in Florida on a vacation. Thought the boards were very well made so I looked up Slick Woody's online and ordered the "All Weather version of Wood Triangle Heritage Logo Cornhole" boards. I inquired with customer service as to what the anticipated delivery date would be and was advised that the shipment would be delayed due to material shortages. They offered me a refund if desired but I preferred to wait for my cornhole board set. I received the boards within 2-weeks from the order date. We are having a good time using these boards playing corn hole every weekend since. Enjoy your outdoor activities with your purchase.

GBWouldn’t adjust so I could get the free… Wouldn’t adjust so I could get the free shipping coupon code that I noticed after I had already ordered. Contacted and they said no but wanted the set anyway so I left my order as is then they never shipped it anyway. Ended up canceling the entire order. Poor customer service, poor updates about the order, and poor shipping (never shipped!).

GBOrdered outdoor boards Ordered outdoor boards, but after 2 weeks, received a message that the order was cancelled! No explanation at all. I tried to contact via email, no response. Thru online chat, no response. And thru phone call, no answer! why no response? i've seen lots of comments that they have terrible customer service, so looks like its still true.
