GBThis is my 3rd set of “Professional”… This is my 3rd set of “Professional” Slick Woodies boards. All boards have been top notch, built to last, and beautiful. With the professional boards you get a cross beam that eliminates bag bounce, and the specs are at the top of ACL competition range in measurements and board thickness etc. Bottom line, these are great boards! With this last purchase there was a defect on the surface of one. I contacted Slick Woodies and they sent out a full set of replacement boards right away. Great to know this American company produces a great product and stands by it 100%.

GBPoor shipping quality control Love the products and we use them exclusively in our local mens league. Unfortunately my personal order was a fail. Order the premium boards with 8-ply tops but after waiting weeks to arrive received the standard boards with weak 5-ply tops. Now after two emails still no answer from the company on how they make it right. Very disappointing.

GBscratch and dent… I had purchased the scratch and dent boards, at a lower cost of brand new, and I must say they work great even with the defects…you can see the repairs on the play surface that does not effect game play, and the slight cracks where the screws are attached I just filled cracks with gorilla wood glue….don’t be afraid to buy scratch and dent boards…..they do offer returns if not happy…I have no need to return…

GBNo communication, No Product, No Good! No communication from vendor. Only heard from them after filing complaint with PayPal requesting a refund. The excuse that they blamed to lack of communication and no product shipping was due to a printer failure. Still haven’t received a refund because you have to wait 21 days after filing with PayPal. Ordered the boards over a month ago. Buyer beware. Major issues with this vendor!

GBSolid buying experience Solid buying experience. Good variety of the products under consideration and timely order fulfillment. Minor hiccup - it wasn't that easy to differentiate between product images on website so I spent extra time making sure I was picking the correct item. Fixing that and slightly better pricing would push this to five stars. So, well above average experience and I love the bags.
