They provide good customer service They provide good customer service. Only gripe with them is that it takes time to get stuff shipped, meanwhile Amazon with free super saver shipping will arrive sooner than focus attack... with that being said, where else can you buy Buttercade, Samducksa, and All Fightsticks items under one roof? Not Amazon for sure, trust me I checked. In conclusion, Focus Attack is a great place to shop for your Fight Stick needs.

beware products with hidden time delays there was no indicator that an uncustomized piece of plexi i ordered would require custom build time, making my entire order extremely late. definitely never shopping here again.

I'm happy I discovered Focus Attack. I like the selection at Focus Attack. Spare joystick parts not available at other stores. Plus, shipping charges are not overdone. Other online stores charges an arm and a leg to ship to Canada, breaking any deal they may have. Prices are good, shipping charges are good, selection is good, so I'll come back to Focus Attack. I'm happy I discovered this store.

Focus Attack Hates Business Because of the new Sf6 Hype Focus attack was blaming their customers because Hori offered their own templates to print and people just wanted a copy of the print but apparently They had so much orders that were too much for them and couldn’t fix all the red and white lines outlining the order. Poor focus attack and their orders. You should be glad people even wanted to use your service. I hope the people cancel and just print it out yourself. Then they have the audacity to reply for their mistake not informing people early enough before placing their order. I left the negative review because you guys could have fixed the order yourself and the guy on twitter is a smartass. It’s not my job to submit artwork and make sure that the red and white lines are not on there. It could have been an easy fix but since my order was such a problem I cancelled so Too bad for them. They are the ones losing money not me. They could have worked something out and said no we don’t want you to cancel let us see what we can do but nope they didn’t want to deal with it so they are the ones who cancelled and i’m pretty sure that something could have been done. I’ll end up printing it out on photo paper instead not cheap cardstock as well
