After some emailing the problem was solved satisfactory I had a problem with my order. It took quite a few emails but the end result was satisfactory.

beware products with hidden time delays there was no indicator that an uncustomized piece of plexi i ordered would require custom build time, making my entire order extremely late. definitely never shopping here again.

Great service Great service, I had a technical issue and they were very responsive and fast with walking me through the steps needed to correct what I wasn't aware of. Very friendly and helpful customer service.
