Pure scam. Pure scam. They wouldn't give me a tracking number for ages. Then they finally did when I threatened to report them. Then it turns out they're shipping from China and not the US like their website says. I talked to them about it and actually got a refund. Honestly, everything would be okay and I'd forget about it except that the tracking information they gave me has obviously fake updates. It doesn't give you a city, state or even a country. And the updates are things like "Arrived Facility" and "Delivery." I assume "Delivery" means it was delivered, but that was days ago and still nothing. To summarize, don't buy from them. In retrospect, I shouldn't have trusted a company that has had to change their website multiple times in a few months.

It took 3 day for me to receive my SX… It took 3 day for me to receive my SX OS PRO in the States. customer service is un-matched they where great! shout out to Alex for the fast reply to any questions and for the great service would recommend to anyone and very trustworthy payed through PayPal was a bit skeptical at first but honestly I would recommend them to anyone!

No info on my payment or if order was processed I have ordered an SX Pro Kit and after a few days I couldnt get the site to load and I dont know the status of my order. Tried many times trying to access the site and it's still down. I dont know if the payment was processed or not. If it's been shipped? Nothing.

Extremely Customer Friendly I live in India and shipping to India isn't easy because FedEX or DHL don't service us here and the Indian post is very slow in clearing parcels. Anyway, I go for expedited shipping and it's still slow. 3 weeks passed and the card still hadn't arrived. I was moving countries, so I asked the admin at Mod 3DS Card to reship my card to my new address in Germany. So they took the trouble to recall the card, and I just got it. Works perfectly and kudos to the team at Mod 3DS Card for being so customer friendly :-)
