Total waste of Money !!!!! I used to purchase cods from this MaximusCard website for years now. The service is usually fast and they send you the email with the code in no time. Yesterday I purchased one PSN code as usual and i didn't get the code ( more than 10 hours passed now). I sent them an email to their help account and with no response!! I am not sure what's wrong with this website but please be aware and don't waste your money here like i did !!!!! Update: After approximately 12 hours since I order my code from MaximusCard.com, I finally received the code's email and another email from them saying: "We apologize about this inconvenience. There was an error in our payment system". Overall, I will still be more careful next I order from them.

Totally poor customer service experience I’ve been using the website for a while, and everything was fine. Until I ordered a 25 dollar Itunes card, which when redeemed turns out it was a 5 dollar card. Contacted them as soon as possible, however they just took long to reply, and if they reply it’s just the same old “Thanks for contacting us. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will investigate the problem and contact you as soon as possible within few hours. Thanks for being patient.” Still I have faith in them to really help me out but, I think this is the last time for me.

Got invalid code, contacted customer support everything fine now! Got a invalid code for a 20$ psn card, contacted customer support via email, got a new code to try an redeem it. New code was valid and I was able to redeem it. I fully Recommend the site, have been using it since 2015 if I recall right and if you get a problem get directly to support via email and they will help you out!

I would not recommend. Asking Bank Statement after deducting you without notifying you before purchase They ask you for some kind of bank statement after they charge your card. First-time, i had go through something like this. I know its for security purpose but whats silly is they charge you first! Without you knowing beforehand, they'll ask a some sort of bank statement. It took me somewhere around 30min to get my psn code after i sent em, a screenshot of my bank txt'ing me, a confirm use of my card. Luckily i made it through before ps store flash sale ended. I would not recommend.

Horrible customer service Customer service is rude and unprofessional to say the least. You have to contact at least 3 times before you even hear a response back! Not to mention every time you purchase your receive an error message that forces YOU to contact them before you can get your order. The prices are fair but in the long run save yourself the hassle and purchase elsewhere.
