[Update]They sent me an used/invalid code, after insisting, they sent me a working onr I received a used code. They claim that it's not used. I asked for a new one. They said it's not possible. I am not willing to get a refund since I haven't used a credit card. [Update] Renegotiating... [Update 2] after the requested 48hrs I emailed them again and, with some delay they answered me and sent me a working code. Conclusion: they care about their customers and reputation, but it would be nicer if they had an easier way to solve problems like this right away.

Gave bad/non working code Stay away from this site! They give non working codes then they will reply to this bad review saying "They try to improve their service blah, blah, blah, please contact random non-working email address". I am reporting this company as fraud. Only positive reviews are from foreigners who probably work for the site.

Stay away I ordered spotify gift card from these guys 2 days ago and i didn't get any code nor any confirmation email (my email was correct and i already keep an eye on spam folder). I sent many emails but couldn't get any reply. Finally, on same email thread i wrote a final email stating that I am reporting this as fraud to my credit card compony and asked for refund and surprisingly I got refund immidiately. All I can say is to stay away from this website.

Would not recommend After paying for my order with my credit card, they needed a scan of my ID card before they would send me the code. Customer service was slow in responding, and after my order I asked if there was a way to avoid this hassle if I order from them again in the future. They did not even reply, though their customer service emails said to enquire about how to become a verified customer. Will not be buying from them again.

can't believe i gave them my card info after they received my card info they then asked me to scan my i d and recent credit card bill. if they had mentioned they would require this before i would not have given them my card info. i requested a cancellation and they said my money will be returned in a few days. why was i billed before my card was verified then? guess it could be worse but never ordering there again
