Horrible Customer Support I have been using Anvilnode as the hosting serving for my Minecraft server since May 2020 and have finally experienced what the other people have complained about. Tickets go unanswered for days, even when the problem is urgent. Their servers are not good at all. I've been monitoring using the Plan plugin and the node I'm at is at 98% CPU usage even though there are no people on my server. As soon as someone goes in, the server is already behind a few hundred ticks. I had been told that it was fixed but it obviously has not and it seems as if their customer support has iced me out and has not been responding at all. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

10/10 In All Categories I am an experinced serer owner who has tried many companies like Shockbyte, MCProHosting, Host Horde, GGServers, BeastNode, Sapling Servers, ApexHosting, and FadeHost! I have run some big servers consisting of around 100-150 players per server and have been successful! But, they were always to laggy or the the support was horrible. Now, I decide to try Anvilnode and its just amazing with Cheap Prices, and Support top notch and its just the complete package! I think I will be with this host for a long time to come!

Good, a few hiccups Things started off very good for nearly a month no problems occured. Then "No space left in device" this ended up corrupting the modpack I was playing which was no problem considering I was almost done with it anyways. So I get started on Enigmatica 2: Expert get a decent chunk through the pack and then it happened again. If they can fix it so they never run out of space I would happily give 5 stars. (Was not the one paying for hosting, I just managed the server and played on it)

Decent servers, terrible service Servers are decent but the TPS can drop significantly at times. Anvilnode's support is probably the worst I've ever seen - I've had a ticket open for 10 days and even talked to multiple staff members several times on their discord server and yet it is still being ignored. UPDATE: once they figured themselves out, they gave me an extra 15 days because of the delay.

2 Start. Never lasts a day without shutting down once! Always crashing. Suspended once then un-suspended. Sometimes they help that's why i gave them a 2 star. I also think it killed my server because i was getting average 10 players everyday Not a lot right. Now i am only getting 2 5 max. Maybe Its because school but after school. No one. I got told there would be less lag. Nope I have Either been lied too or its just bad.
