2 Start. Never lasts a day without shutting down once! Always crashing. Suspended once then un-suspended. Sometimes they help that's why i gave them a 2 star. I also think it killed my server because i was getting average 10 players everyday Not a lot right. Now i am only getting 2 5 max. Maybe Its because school but after school. No one. I got told there would be less lag. Nope I have Either been lied too or its just bad.

server worked fine for the first few… server worked fine for the first few months but the past month Ive been getting some sort 'authentication failed' error on my panel.... they claim to have resolved it but it keeps coming back. also ticket responses have been getting awfully slow which was not happened before new year

Started out great Started out great, everything was good, good prices and good support. After being with them for around a year it's been downtime, downtime, downtime and even more downtime. Livechat hasn't been online for 2 months, tickets take ages to get answered and support is generally horrible. This will soon go out of business for sure. Avoid this host.

Great host for new servers I will be honest, canceling was a pain. But after working it out in the chat text with the employee named David, I got it sorted out nicely. The service overall was very nice when working with a minecraft server. The price was reasonable and the tutorials and ready to work customer service was very nice. Would recommend highly for anyone looking for a minecraft host. (Just know canceling the subscription may be a little difficult if you aren't chatting with a real person)
