PHHorrible Customer Support I have been using Anvilnode as the hosting serving for my Minecraft server since May 2020 and have finally experienced what the other people have complained about. Tickets go unanswered for days, even when the problem is urgent. Their servers are not good at all. I've been monitoring using the Plan plugin and the node I'm at is at 98% CPU usage even though there are no people on my server. As soon as someone goes in, the server is already behind a few hundred ticks. I had been told that it was fixed but it obviously has not and it seems as if their customer support has iced me out and has not been responding at all. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

GBAnvilnode is a great service but.. Anvilnode is a great service, it has what most hosts have. A good price, good console, and good customer service. What anvilnode lacks is clarity. Complete clarity. There are there are things in multicraft that don't make sense, the FTP is currently broken for whatever reason, and overall anvilnode feels like it lacks quality. Everything seems too default. Yet, with the prices, who can complain?

GBI highly recommend it. I've been using AnvilNode along with my brother, we host with AnvilNode, and are enjoying all the great benefits it has to offer. 100% of our problems and issues are solved within the same day, if not the day after. They are extremely reliable and trustworthy. We were made to feel very welcome and comfortable.

GBWe're moving on We've had our server running with Anvilnode for about a year. The past week and a half the server has been crashing constantly. We couldn't connect except for a minute here and there. We stopped the Minecraft server on it and the server still continually had problems. Support all but ignored our many requests for help. Once we could get on the server long enough to download our world we left for a different hosting provider. This was the absolute worst hosting I've ever seen. Horrible performance, horrible support and an overall horrible experience.

GBGood, a few hiccups Things started off very good for nearly a month no problems occured. Then "No space left in device" this ended up corrupting the modpack I was playing which was no problem considering I was almost done with it anyways. So I get started on Enigmatica 2: Expert get a decent chunk through the pack and then it happened again. If they can fix it so they never run out of space I would happily give 5 stars. (Was not the one paying for hosting, I just managed the server and played on it)
