INThe Worst Service Provider Hey Everyone, I have bought the TS3 server from Clanwarz because I saw many good reviews here but when it came to reality when I was not able to login to server even after many restarts, I created multiple tickets but they did not respond to any of them. It has been more than 1 week and still no progress to solve the problem. I highly request each and everyone, do not waste your money with this vendor. Go search and verify for another one and save your time and money. Pathetic service provider in my life yet.

FIHorrible service They scammed the payment for our server fully and ran. They basically took our money, closed our account and stopped responding to all messages after we paid.

BRDoes not answer support Service been great over past year but my Teamspeak 3 server is down for the last 4 days. Manually rebooting make the server up to 15 minutes but impossible to maintain a steady connection. Tickets are not responded to, their live chat is unanswered. Server been up 24/7 since 2014 and almost a decade of service is being unanswered by their support or sales department.

GBNight and day I went through various server hosts trying to get a server going for a 20 year old game. The game was essentially abandoned by devs and many server functions only work in current year by using addons created by the community. There is almost no documentation for this game online, let alone anyone to talk to trying to figure out how to do everything. The support for Clanwarz is the best I've ever had. It's night and day compared to other server hosts. They personally helped me set up a server, troubleshoot, and even programmed a front and back end for installing plugins nice and easy. The ping is great, the people are great, and the games are great; I'll be sticking with this host for a good while I think.

GBLiar, Theif, Rugpull. Server went down for days, made support tickets and they were closed. He called me and sounded drunk explaining that his employee died and that he's give us a credit for the next month. We paid a year in advance, he never kept any of his promises, he was ranting about how people were dying from "The Jab" Dude stole everyone's money and left.
