Clanwarz to the resuce! Messaged Clanwarz with a simple query, ended up changing suppliers and moving to them full time. Jay went out of his way and well above and beyond what a normal supplier would do to assist me getting my custom TS3 server address up and running. He took all the frustrations i had away instantly and knew exactly how to achieve my goal. Absolutely blown away by the speed and ease at which all of this was done. Looking forward to a long tenure with this company! A game service company run by gamers, its like a match made in heaven <3

Night and day I went through various server hosts trying to get a server going for a 20 year old game. The game was essentially abandoned by devs and many server functions only work in current year by using addons created by the community. There is almost no documentation for this game online, let alone anyone to talk to trying to figure out how to do everything. The support for Clanwarz is the best I've ever had. It's night and day compared to other server hosts. They personally helped me set up a server, troubleshoot, and even programmed a front and back end for installing plugins nice and easy. The ping is great, the people are great, and the games are great; I'll be sticking with this host for a good while I think.

Horrible service They scammed the payment for our server fully and ran. They basically took our money, closed our account and stopped responding to all messages after we paid.

Ever since i first ordered a teamspeak… Ever since i first ordered a teamspeak server from clanwarz in 2019 with musicbot, it was riddled with issues. The control site for the music bot kept going down almost every day and i had to make a ticket so it'd be up and running again. It got so frustrating i cancelled the bot and just kept the server, which this year has been up about 10% of time after weeks of being offline. It would not stay up for more than 30 minutes at a time. I have nothing positive to say about this provider.

Service down. Not replying to emails or tweets Website and servers are down for over a month now. Does not reply to emails or tweets (can be seen active on twitter @Clanwarz), just ran with the clients money. I was a client since 2013. It's a real shame because it was great service up until end of 2022.
