Absolutely NO customer service Absolutely NO customer service. Website says first episode ships same day as order. NOT TRUE. It's been 7 business days since they charged my card for my order. NO ONE responds to my messages. Beware this company.

Disappointed Am I the only one that was underwhelmed? We got episode one of the Woods.I My family and I got through the first package in one night. When I told my husband what I spent it, he made a disappointing face. The trinkets are cute, but the story is kind of boring and no anywhere near as evil as I was hoping. I won't be getting any more.

This was poorly put together This was poorly put together, poorly linked, overpriced, etc. I could go on but I’ve already wasted enough of my life on this.

I LOVE this game!! I LOVE this game!!! The Woods didn't catch me as well as the one I just started, The Mountain, but I really do enjoy it all. One chapeter gives me hours or days worth of mystery solving goodness and all the trinkets are wonderful and I keep them as keepsakes. I also love the characters, websites used for the episodes, and everything that goes into making these creative games. Everything looks super authentic and beautifully thought out!!! I will be a customer forever if I can!!!
