You can find support on the official websites and there are other social media groups (unofficial) who will help when you may be stuck. You also. find like minded people who understand the type of what is considered.to be morbid and it is not for the politically correct. The groups become friends and share other parts of their life which brings go cohesiveness to the group.

Very fun game, would recommend to anyone who loves a good mystery. Pretty awesome experience! Your first package pulls you right into the story with your first batch of evidence and a letter telling you the basics of what you're trying to figure out. The story really pulls you in from the get-go. My first box had plenty of material to keep me occupied for a few hours investigating and theorizing. When you figure everything out, you will have as many new questions as you do answers, which made me satisfied with my progress, yet still eager for my next box to come in the mail with more evidence and clues.
