And after reading another review on here in regards to manager suggestion of playing another game whilst on a winning streak and then losing everything after the manager suggestion of a better game. Barnsley and Leeds branches Barnsley and Leeds . Visited Leeds popped in to MERKUR nr market.. Was lunch time about 2 players in. Put £20 stakes £2 got a bonus second spin guess how much it paid £4 on a £2 stake tried two different machines and bonuses only gave you back what you'd bet . Probably worst arcade I e ever been . Also tried Barnsley it's also empty sometimes the staff offer you coffee another time the lass didnt I had to ask then after she kept making coffee for a few other players who she was sat chatting to but never asked me . Totally unprofessional in my eyes . Best about it they were on the 10p slots I was £2 stakes ..Now u tell me who you'd wanna keep in Ur arcade . Also it's very off putting when you walk in and they offer to sign you up for cash match .. Beware you won't win a £1 on it no matter what stake you bet don't be fooled .

Customer service is shocking As with other reviews on here avoid! Customer service is shocking on all levels, if you report poor customer service dont expect management to care and just let it continue. Staff are rude and always on their phones or you find them hiding in the toilets using their phone! it is mad! However even upper management dont care about this. Avoid the Bedfordshire branch.
