Giving them 2 stars because I have hope… Giving them 2 stars because I have hope for the future. APB in a bad state at the moment, but looking forward to some change. Customer service was very helpful, helping me recovering an account.

Bans Legit Players, Endorses and Protects pedophiles Was banned for reporting pedophiles to the admins. The pedos happened to be friends with the admins so I was ignored, when I reported them again I was banned for "sexual harassment". Report gamersfirst to the FBI for fraud and harbouring pedophiles. Don't buy anything, and definitely do not let your children play this game.

Incompetent at best I have never seen a company manage games so poorly. With the previous owner of APB: Reloaded, the game always had thousands of players online, and the game had constant improvements. With "GamersFirst" (very misleading name also) the game has seen no improvements, it has devolved in any way worth mentioning. The graphics have gotten worse. The servers have gotten worse. Customer service is dismissive, and often outright rude. Their "anti-cheat" software does nothing useful, people max out their characters while blatantly cheating. The player base is more often than not, completely toxic, rude, and abusive. People can behave in ways here, that would get them banned in other games. They promised an engine upgrade, no new content until engine upgrade. That was supposed to be 4 years ago. New games of higher quality have been made from scratch in that time.

customer support + FF mix ban with legits Bad customer support, its like they are typing the same information over and over again like they have a script for each common problem and know what to respond to it. Been playing the game for years and supported the game $600+, pro apb player recently ban, no full investigation at all doesn't Treat people with some decency automated message sent to your inbox "We regret to inform you that this account has been closed, as someone with access to this account was observed using third-party tool which violates our posted Terms of Service policy. This account will not be unblocked and all current/future tickets will be closed and no further action will be taken on this account. which doesn't even address the problem when you weren't even cheating or using a hack. yet Tiggs the community manager states "For those that claim, omg I wasn't cheating... yes, yes you were and you've been caught.". ignorant? though Fairfight already has a long history of false banning on other games just google it.
