GO somewhere else FAIL dl'd over 40 gig and still didnt work.. ftp failed... game failed... support team failed... paypal claim got me my money back

Poor customer service. Game never turned up Do not buy more than one game from them or they will think that you are a "HACKER!!!" so will want you to send them a picture of a driving license/passport to confirm you are who you say you are. I found that out 5 hours after buying my second copy of BF4 but this one was for a friend. Horrible customer service and they don't even know English that well "Sorry we had refunded you.", "We had cancelled your order as your request.". This is what they sent me 3 hours after buying the game after I asked why they haven't sent it. "Would you please confirm why you bought two same games in rencent days?". Overall I am very disappointed and will never use again. I have bought 3 games from them in total and all have turned up many hours later apart from the last BF4. Don't let the cheap prices tempt you, they are poop and take forever to arrive.

Frustrating customer service Bought a key. Key was already used. Had to send screenshots of activation, Steam library and inventory. No problem. Customer service answers fast and after 3 mails my ticket was moved to the refund department. Then the trouble started. They said the key was region locked wich was nowhere to be read on the site. They mailed that I would have to wait for my money until the key worked with another client. When I pointed out that my key had been already used, so it probably wouldn't work for anyone there was no answer. After two weeks of waiting I sent another message. Now everything started from the beginning with a request for screenshots. After copypasting the previous mails and adding the already sent screenshots I requested swift service and got some quite arrogant replies where they stated my key was add-on content needing a base game. I knew for a fact this wasn't so. After -again- a reply I got another request to send the screenshots again. When I was still considering my next step I got another mail that stated my money was finally refunded. Finally. Tl:Dr> Key didn't work. Endless mails. Customer service doesn't read previous mails. Great frustration and arrogant replies. Condescending suggestions that you don't understand how it works. Don't buy here unless you have Shaolin patience and frustration is not in your dictionary.
