GBThey consider their tools 'perishables' I purchased a set of the wildly overpriced clippers from games workshop trusting that for the $50 price tag, I would be getting a top quality product. I did not. The internal spring no longer functions and I'm left with a tool that is effectively useless. I contacted customer service, which tool nearly 3 weeks due to the phone going to a recording stating it was outside their normal business hours when it was directly in the middle of them. This happened day after day. I was relieved to finally reach a customer service representative. While he was nice enough, he informed me that Games Workshop consider their tools 'perishables' and would not provide any support or replacement. His recommendation was for me to disassemble them and fix them myself. For a $50 purchase, a casual hobbyist should expect far more than the ability to clip models from a few sprues before they die.

GBGW lost it's soul GW is a publicly traded company and cares little for the customer experience. Their website is a crapshoot with a queue system that doesn't keep your place and WILL increase your time spent in the queue ensuring you cannot pre-order any limited edition items. They hardly ever have any stock in, with new systems/models being out of stock for weeks/months after release (check out Legions Imperialis). I honestly don't recognise this company anymore. It's only concern now is profits, CEO wage increases and paying shareholders.

GBTerrible customer experience The company not only have bad apples working for them but whole bad orchards The current manager of the Enfield store has no communication skills needed to talk to anyone in a normal manner When reported this to his Regional manager no action taken. Just another cover up

GBTake your money, then take their time Ordered £200 Products in stock from GW site whilst in my local store. Paid immediately , got a confirmation of six day delivery to the store, now on day fifteen, contacted GW, my products are on a picking list, but havent been picked or dispatched as yet. So essentially someone has taken over two weeks to print out my order. Unacceptable and dismal service. Yet again .No idea when this stuff is going to arrive. Terrible communication, even worse supply systems. No faith in this company at all. Its a shame because the stores themselves are worth supporting. GW take the money, then take their time.

GBPoor management of a great product. GW have a fantastic product, with a broad network of independent LGS’s…. but they are so unreliable with product availability, negatively impacting play experience. As someone who simply wants to buy a GW figure that is within the current rules, I’m forced to buy from China via 3D home printing. Not great.
