Terrible The games are decent but when you need help, the customer support is extremely useless. Talking to them is like talking to a brick wall. Automatic and repeat responses.

Claim to be able program an AI intelligent enough to play better than a human (fairly) yet can not get basic inputs right which have been in the game since the start which have gotten even worse over time. MCOC is a $$$ and time drain To be honest...its about maximizing profits $$$. Everything else is secondary. The game is designed to make it painfully hard to progress, to the extent that the user feels exhausted and gives in to spend $$$ to progress faster. It was less so in the beginning years, but the corporate greed set in at increasing rates. It became unenjoyable at a point for many users. Don't waste your time and $$$.

Lousy Service During a transition, they completely lost all my account information and all the progress made in the game. Never use these guys ever again.
