Corporate greed to extreme - inexistent customer service I played Marvel Contest of Champions for 7 years. Recently I accidentally purchased a bundle for 3000 units. Immediately after I submitted a support ticket to have the transaction cancelled and my units refunded. the security checks included 5 questions to provide information from 7 years ago. I did my best to answer them, provided screenshots from my google play account, forwarded whatever emails I still had. after all that, they went completely silent. It is utterly disappointing and will stop any in-app purchases and seriously considering uninstalling the game.

Kabam doesn't care about their customers Their customer service team doesn't care about their customers. They just say "sorry" and won't do anything to support you with bugs, errors or anything. If you buy something and a bug happens due to that, they will just take your money and run with it. I played their game for 15+ months and their customer service is in a steady decline. They are cash greedy and do not find any way to compensate their loyal members. Why not say sorry with a few gems or gold? Even when you cancel your paid subscription after having a bad customer service experience they will not try to buy you back. They just care about their future paying customers and not their current ones. Did you know it's more expensive to go find new customers than retaining them? Kabam clearly doesn't

This is a horrendous company (parent… This is a horrendous company (parent company is Netmarble). Their game is full of bugs and glitches with no fix in sight, designed purely to encourage gambling and additive behaviour. With the new CEO (from 2022) thing only got worst, cost for ingame items increased, control stop working and every update fill with more bug. There are no way to directly make formal complaint, and any constructive feedback gives on their official forum get delete by dictatorial forum admins (official Kabam staffs, Kabam Miike, Kabam Python). They treated their customer as nothing more than cow to be milk and discard. The best way to give them feedback is not to spend in the game, it only fed their bottomless greedy pit. This company bring a bad name to the Marvel IP and it fan, Disney would be better take back their IP from Netmarble, and letting other game companies design game instead.

All I do is grind and grind to beat… All I do is grind and grind to beat hard stuff and get nothing but crap 5 and 6 * champs it’s clear all they care about is money and not the fans at all, sucks to see a marvel game like this, using people , what would Stan lee think .
