Kabam has denied a refund for $4000.00… Kabam has denied a refund for $4000.00 worth of charges my Special Needs Autistic grandson made. He didn't know what he was doing. They said it's not in their refund policy. This is an unusual circumstance and s/b dealt with differently. How can they not refund this money?
