Kabam doesn't care about their customers Their customer service team doesn't care about their customers. They just say "sorry" and won't do anything to support you with bugs, errors or anything. If you buy something and a bug happens due to that, they will just take your money and run with it. I played their game for 15+ months and their customer service is in a steady decline. They are cash greedy and do not find any way to compensate their loyal members. Why not say sorry with a few gems or gold? Even when you cancel your paid subscription after having a bad customer service experience they will not try to buy you back. Kabam The Truth MCOC Tries to lure you in with small gifts and then let's you grind the game for years to be nowhere at all. Solo modes, events, pvp (LOL), battlegrounds, incursions are a disaster and the constant changes to even the most basic elements in the game make it almost and sometimes totally impossible to progress in any mode, showing offers to spend ridiculous amounts of units (in game currency) or real cash to again lure you in. Also the ratio of almost anything in the game is ridiculously badly created and still optimized in the same manner. In short, the game needs to be managed by other people because the management at this time is just not creative or intelligent enough. In fact, it's a disgrace to the MARVEL LICENSE AND COMMUNITY. I don't spend any money anymore in it and will continue to post this everywhere so people know the truth before they lose themselves in the lies and schemes like many of us did. Thank you.
