SGExtortionist company I am a loyal player which spent over $100 in just a week of playing Shop Titans. The most recent in-app purchase I bought did not show up in my account. Thinking it was some payment delay, I waited. After a few days, still no item so I requested for a refund from iTunes. Later, my account was banned from important features and my gems (premium currency) was at a negative amount. I reached out to player support and they told me I need to pay 2x the amount to have my account unbanned & gems restored to the original amount. On top of that, they blame the player for fraud when we didn’t receive our product. I don’t mind spending money but I will not support a company with such atrocious player support & practices.

AUThey are rogues They are rogues, now double billing players who buy stuff in game … my advice that’s You all don’t buy anything at all … and when asked for a refund they are banning players … so low in dealings …they don’t bother about evidence given …. DONT GIVE ANY CREDIT CARD DETAILS TO THEM AT ALL IN THE GAME …. ITUNES AUSTRALIA SHOULD BAN KABAM GAMES ON THEIR PLATFORM … kabam is robbing players monies now …

GBThis is a horrendous company (parent… This is a horrendous company (parent company is Netmarble). Their game is full of bugs and glitches with no fix in sight, designed purely to encourage gambling and additive behaviour. With the new CEO (from 2022) thing only got worst, cost for ingame items increased, control stop working and every update fill with more bug. There are no way to directly make formal complaint, and any constructive feedback gives on their official forum get delete by dictatorial forum admins (official Kabam staffs, Kabam Miike, Kabam Python). They treated their customer as nothing more than cow to be milk and discard. The best way to give them feedback is not to spend in the game, it only fed their bottomless greedy pit. This company bring a bad name to the Marvel IP and it fan, Disney would be better take back their IP from Netmarble, and letting other game companies design game instead.
