Stay away They make so many bugs and glitches in their games, so if you spend any money with them, they make all your invested money and time void, and do nothing about it. If you write support you mostly just get auto response, and they always say they can understand how frustrating it is, but they never do anything about it, they just try to milk your money.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Company HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Company! They design and develop mobile video games that is essentially gambling. They continue to release software with multiple bugs but have no problem taking your money. Best bet is to stay away!

Kabam doesn't care about their customers Their customer service team doesn't care about their customers. They just say "sorry" and won't do anything to support you with bugs, errors or anything. If you buy something and a bug happens due to that, they will just take your money and run with it. I played their game for 15+ months and their customer service is in a steady decline. They are cash greedy and do not find any way to compensate their loyal members. Why not say sorry with a few gems or gold? Even when you cancel your paid subscription after having a bad customer service experience they will not try to buy you back. They just care about their future paying customers and not their current ones. Did you know it's more expensive to go find new customers than retaining them? Kabam clearly doesn't

Do not play any game represent by these… Do not play any game represent by these cheating scumbags. Claim to be able program an AI intelligent enough to play better than a human (fairly) yet can not get basic inputs right which have been in the game since the start which have gotten even worse over time. Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. I accidentally made a mistake by trading some t4 catalyst that take months to accrue. I contacted customer support and they basically told me tough luck and they couldn’t help. They treat something digital that could be fixed like its half eaten food at a restaurant. No check that. At least a restaurant would try to fix it.
