Stay away They make so many bugs and glitches in their games, so if you spend any money with them, they make all your invested money and time void, and do nothing about it. If you write support you mostly just get auto response, and they always say they can understand how frustrating it is, but they never do anything about it, they just try to milk your money.

Extortionist company I am a loyal player which spent over $100 in just a week of playing Shop Titans. The most recent in-app purchase I bought did not show up in my account. Thinking it was some payment delay, I waited. After a few days, still no item so I requested for a refund from iTunes. Later, my account was banned from important features and my gems (premium currency) was at a negative amount. I reached out to player support and they told me I need to pay 2x the amount to have my account unbanned & gems restored to the original amount. On top of that, they blame the player for fraud when we didn’t receive our product. I don’t mind spending money but I will not support a company with such atrocious player support & practices.

Do not play any game represent by these… Do not play any game represent by these cheating scumbags. Claim to be able program an AI intelligent enough to play better than a human (fairly) yet can not get basic inputs right which have been in the game since the start which have gotten even worse over time. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Company HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Company! They design and develop mobile video games that is essentially gambling. They continue to release software with multiple bugs but have no problem taking your money. Best bet is to stay away!
