CAKabam doesn't care about their customers Their customer service team doesn't care about their customers. They just say "sorry" and won't do anything to support you with bugs, errors or anything. If you buy something and a bug happens due to that, they will just take your money and run with it. I played their game for 15+ months and their customer service is in a steady decline. They are cash greedy and do not find any way to compensate their loyal members. Why not say sorry with a few gems or gold? Even when you cancel your paid subscription after having a bad customer service experience they will not try to buy you back. They just care about their future paying customers and not their current ones. Did you know it's more expensive to go find new customers than retaining them? Kabam clearly doesn't

AUThey are rogues They are rogues, now double billing players who buy stuff in game … my advice that’s You all don’t buy anything at all … and when asked for a refund they are banning players … so low in dealings …they don’t bother about evidence given …. DONT GIVE ANY CREDIT CARD DETAILS TO THEM AT ALL IN THE GAME …. ITUNES AUSTRALIA SHOULD BAN KABAM GAMES ON THEIR PLATFORM … kabam is robbing players monies now …

GBKabam has denied a refund for $4000.00… Kabam has denied a refund for $4000.00 worth of charges my Special Needs Autistic grandson made. He didn't know what he was doing. They said it's not in their refund policy. This is an unusual circumstance and s/b dealt with differently. How can they not refund this money? They are taking advantage of a young special needs child!

GBCorporate greed to extreme - inexistent customer service I played Marvel Contest of Champions for 7 years. Recently I accidentally purchased a bundle for 3000 units. Immediately after I submitted a support ticket to have the transaction cancelled and my units refunded. the security checks included 5 questions to provide information from 7 years ago. I did my best to answer them, provided screenshots from my google play account, forwarded whatever emails I still had. after all that, they went completely silent. It is utterly disappointing and will stop any in-app purchases and seriously considering uninstalling the game.

GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. I accidentally made a mistake by trading some t4 catalyst that take months to accrue. I contacted customer support and they basically told me tough luck and they couldn’t help. They treat something digital that could be fixed like its half eaten food at a restaurant. No check that. At least a restaurant would try to fix it.
