AEMCOC is a $$$ and time drain To be honest...its about maximizing profits $$$. Everything else is secondary. The game is designed to make it painfully hard to progress, to the extent that the user feels exhausted and gives in to spend $$$ to progress faster. It was less so in the beginning years, but the corporate greed set in at increasing rates. It became unenjoyable at a point for many users. Don't waste your time and $$$.

CAKabam doesn't care about their customers Their customer service team doesn't care about their customers. They just say "sorry" and won't do anything to support you with bugs, errors or anything. If you buy something and a bug happens due to that, they will just take your money and run with it. I played their game for 15+ months and their customer service is in a steady decline. They are cash greedy and do not find any way to compensate their loyal members. Why not say sorry with a few gems or gold? Even when you cancel your paid subscription after having a bad customer service experience they will not try to buy you back. They just care about their future paying customers and not their current ones. Did you know it's more expensive to go find new customers than retaining them? Kabam clearly doesn't

GBKabam-good game poor company I play mcoc which is a great game when it works but every month there is an update and EVERY month without fail there are problems. Whether it be input issues, lag, visual bugs, altering content….the list honestly goes on and on. Been shadow banned on the forums for asking about the issues. They take your money that you spend on newly released content then change the content at a later date. They don’t seem to care about the player base. Very rarely acknowledge that there is a problem and when they do they can be very argumentative about it. Great game when it (rarely) works properly. However massively let down by the company and customer service.
