Probably the worst support service… Probably the worst support service ever, they take too many days to respond and never helps

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Company HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Company! They design and develop mobile video games that is essentially gambling. They continue to release software with multiple bugs but have no problem taking your money. Best bet is to stay away!

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. I accidentally made a mistake by trading some t4 catalyst that take months to accrue. I contacted customer support and they basically told me tough luck and they couldn’t help. They treat something digital that could be fixed like its half eaten food at a restaurant. No check that. At least a restaurant would try to fix it.

Kabam has denied a refund for $4000.00… Kabam has denied a refund for $4000.00 worth of charges my Special Needs Autistic grandson made. He didn't know what he was doing. They said it's not in their refund policy. This is an unusual circumstance and s/b dealt with differently. How can they not refund this money? They are taking advantage of a young special needs child!
