Unpacking was a breeze and putting it into operation was easier than had expected. This plug and play version takes out all of the guess work. I’ll order another before the summer gets here. Very pleased.

Good selection Good selection. Quality products , brands I know , fair prices, fast shipping. Only complaint, the shears I received have rust on them and were actually stuck to the inside of their case. Luckily the rust is on the outside of the blades and do not affect the cutting. Also the shears were listed as curved, but they are straights.

Mary promptly fixed my online order issue. I called in because I accidentally ordered extra items. Mary was able to quickly and kindly help me fix this issue and even improve my shipping, which I didn't know was an option. I don't have to tell you how rare it is to have someone in customer service even remotely polite anywhere I go. So I'm glad to say Mary was amazing!
