GBMary promptly fixed my online order issue. I called in because I accidentally ordered extra items. Mary was able to quickly and kindly help me fix this issue and even improve my shipping, which I didn't know was an option. I don't have to tell you how rare it is to have someone in customer service even remotely polite anywhere I go. So I'm glad to say Mary was amazing!

GBFar faster shipping than I expected Far faster shipping than I expected. Complete order. My only complaint is that Fed Ex didn't send me a delivery notification, and it sat on my porch for an unknown period of time. I have porch bandits in my area, and knowing when the expected time of delivery would have been nice.
