Ordered then canceled after waiting 6… Ordered then canceled after waiting 6 months. Tried to use a coupon but said it didn’t apply to unshipped orders. Meanwhile the coupon expired and the figure never shipped. They could never send it but still sent daily marketing emails. The process was a complete waste.

One criticism - I don't think your website is particularly user friendly, especially on a mobile phone. It's wonky. Oh, the other thing is that I really didn't like losing my reward points from the past. You shouldn't take them away. It kept me from coming back for a while.
