First Purchase & Not Last!! This was my first time purchasing a hot toys figure ever! I’m so happy to have done my purchase directly with Sideshow! The shipping was extremely fast and a great coupon was applied! Even though my figure had a factory defect, the customer service I received from Casey was top notch! I was mailed a brand new figure piece in the same week! I’m so happy with my experience with sideshow collectibles!!

Ordered then canceled after waiting 6… Ordered then canceled after waiting 6 months. Tried to use a coupon but said it didn’t apply to unshipped orders. Meanwhile the coupon expired and the figure never shipped. They could never send it but still sent daily marketing emails. The process was a complete waste.

All in all it was an excellent… All in all it was an excellent experience, it was a pre-order so it was about an 8 mo wait total. But the item was exceptionally packaged and looked amazing when I got it! I believe her name was Katie in customer service, assisted me with my order. She was awesome! There's no other way to put it. I would definitely do business with them again!

Darth Vader (Obi-Wan) Deluxe. No major complaints for sideshow. But come on, Hot Toys. If you’re gonna give us a USB figure with lighting, include the bloody USB as well. I appreciate the wiring, but it’s not asking the world for a USB-C cable. Especially for the price.
