Shayni - the warm, welcoming sales associate - was helpful, offering detailed explanations to all questions. A concern was shipping and managing multiple moving parts: My husband and I have homes in Florida and Washington, DC. The art, "Palm Springs," is for our Florida home, and we had a defined (and small) window of opportunity to receive it. Shayni worked closely with us, the design studio in Germany and the shipping company to meet our needs. Our beautiful, oversized artwork was well-crated, shipped from Germany and received in perfect condition at our Florida home within the required timeframe.
