IEBad customer service Mixed experience. Happy with NY shop and the 3 prints I bought there but delivery and customer service from Germany has been poor. So far only 2 prints have arrived and no eta on remaining print. No apologies or explanation offered. Would like to buy more prints but don't want to reward bad customer service.

USAmazing experience Very friendly lady working there. Loved that there were smaller more affordable pieces. Loved the brightness and openness of the space. Loved the different variety of art. There were so many interesting pieces that stood out. Also love the name of the place. lumas. It was also my first time ever buying artwork from a museum.

GBLoved the picture but will not order… Loved the picture but will not order online in future. There was no follow up and it was very fortunate that I was at home the day it was delivered as I was given an expected delivery date for the 11th but it arrived on the 9th. I called the gallery but they couldn’t give me any information as I had ordered online. Previously I had ordered through the gallery and I had excellent customer service. Will advise not to order directly online.

USGreat photography pieces and the staff that works at Lumas is the best! At Lumas we received personal attention while we were trying to decide which pieces we wanted to buy. Everyone worked with us and did everything in their power to make our experience a great one. We bought three pieces in three different occasions and we received the same personal attention each time. The stuff is knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
