GBWhy "2 Stars" Why "2 Stars", simply put - 'Customer Service', or the lack-there-of... Our 'First Order' Feb 2024, was excellent - No 'issues'. This quickly changed with a 2nd Order, Mar 2024, and a damaged canvas/wall art piece - Following repeated attempts of contacting "bcmedia" - "Best Canvas Wall Art", regarding seeking a replacement for the damaged piece and receiving no response [this with emails - phone calls (number listed on their website doesn't work) - FaceBook - 'instant messaging']; it was PayPal and PayPal's Resolution Center, before I received a 'response' regarding this 'issue'. "Yes", Bcmedia - Best Canvas Wall Art finally did respond. And 'yes', the damaged wall art/canvas was replaced with a 'new' one... Best Canvas Wall Art, needs to be better attuned to it's customer's - Bcmedia needs to improve 'how' they deal with customer's and 'issues'/problems with orders placed for product... One shouldn't have to go-to a 'third-party', to resolve 'issues' for damaged goods - As I had to do. I have no 'issues' with their actual product - The pictures are of decent quality AND my Wife is happy, now that she has two complete and undamaged canvas's... It is with Bcmedia's customer support, I have an 'issue' with.

GBNo Customer Service I accidentally ordered the wrong… I accidentally ordered the wrong picture. When I got it and realized the mistake, I immediately started trying to contact the company. I wanted to return the wrong picture and order the correct picture. I tried multiple ways to get a response from the company and never did. I paid money for something I won't use (I will donate it) and don't get to have what I wanted to buy. Customer service did not exist for me with this company. It's a shame because I'd like to give my business to small businesses but trust is a real issue.

NZI ordered 5 weeks ago I spent $292 new… I ordered 5 weeks ago I spent $292 new zealand dollars I have sent more than 7 emails and no response. I initially tried to cancel as after the dollar exchange I was appalled at the cost but heard nothing in response to my query to cancel I didnt really expect them too. However I got a " we are awaiting your feedback " email and on the same day I got a large parcel but smaller than the art so complained it appeared to be the wrong size however I then opened the parcel it was nothing to do with art I have continued to email saying I was wrong however have recieved no product nor any response If you read this Pleas eget in contact

CAWow I love it! I loved it so much I bought another one! I have a basement suite with no window on one wall and this artwork worked perfectly to brighten the room and not make it look closed off.
