The Former Skeptic This was a gift, to be the centerpiece of my massive collection. I got around to opening it about two weeks after Christmas and unfortunately the frame was cracked. I reached out to customer service and Kathleen responded immediately and assured me this would be rectified. Sure enough I was sent a brand new one within 10 days. No shipping fees, no returns, just great service and attention. I do not doubt anyone else's experience but mine was great and not only am I buying from them again but I highly recommend them.

The refund policy is a joke as it will cost you upwards of 150% of the purchase price to return. I would advise my enemies to be cautious of conducting business with Legendary Wall Art.
