Great Customer Service My art project warped the first night I had it on the wall and they replaced it immediately without any problems. Very good customer service.

My only issue was with the shipping My only issue was with the shipping. It took weeks to receive my Wall Art. Love the product, but may consider looking state side first for the next one.

Canvas from India had nail heads… Canvas from India had nail heads popping up through the picture, replacement canvas same thing. They kept asking me for proof and I sent it but they were of little help after that. factory is in India, shipping slow, sad company altogether.

The Former Skeptic This was a gift, to be the centerpiece of my massive collection. I got around to opening it about two weeks after Christmas and unfortunately the frame was cracked. I reached out to customer service and Kathleen responded immediately and assured me this would be rectified. Sure enough I was sent a brand new one within 10 days. No shipping fees, no returns, just great service and attention. I do not doubt anyone else's experience but mine was great and not only am I buying from them again but I highly recommend them.
