This business appears to be a real top… This business may be questionable. Customer service is lacking at this moment. Ordered my painting 11/24-informed it was completed and being shipped. Customer service will not answer nor return calls I will keep this review updated if anything changes, FOR BETTER OR FOR WORSE! Important to be fair Amazing, just received email that my painting is being sent to “shipping” agent...1/13—will update As of 1/20/21-rec’d my painting! WOW....this business is LEGIT! As far as emails go, my oversight...I found them later in my “Junk” folder and Matt & Co. Responded! CHANGED TO A 5 star rating!

Very responsive Very responsive, suggested a priority order when we needed it faster. Didn't know it would be painted in China, however, it was a very nice painting. Shipping obviously takes longer

This site is a scam This site is a scam. You will never receive your purchase. You will be given a tracking number to something that never ships. Their "US Office" address is a single family home and their "Main Office" in China lists no such business. You will never get an answer at their 800#.

Great communication even better art! From the start there was great communication. Being a hand painting it did take a while for it to be completed, dry, framed, and shipped. No complaint because the picture arrived almost as beautiful as if Frederick Church painted it himself! Can’t wait to hang it. Would and will be ordering from them again,

Charles Partridge Adams Estes Park I had 2 Old Charles Partridge Adams paintings done - both turned out beautifully! I know the originals were watercolors, but Niceartgallery created larger oil paintings - I will treasure both of them. Thank you!
