It was a pleasure connecting with John on the phone about any questions and details; the end product was beautiful. The event raised over $1 million and the title sponsor was happy to see their logo going up on the back of every bid paddle as money was raised! A win for everyone.

customer service and communication with… customer service and communication with John was great. they didn't have enough material to make the ones I wanted, so I had to pick a different option they gave me and all were more expensive of course. Would have been nice if they offered a price match or discount since i didn't know until after i had already placed the order.
