customer service and communication with… customer service and communication with John was great. they didn't have enough material to make the ones I wanted, so I had to pick a different option they gave me and all were more expensive of course. Would have been nice if they offered a price match or discount since i didn't know until after i had already placed the order.

John was able to help us get the paddles turned around (even with a sponsor logo on them) and shipped for arrival a day before the event!
