customer service and communication with… customer service and communication with John was great. they didn't have enough material to make the ones I wanted, so I had to pick a different option they gave me and all were more expensive of course. Would have been nice if they offered a price match or discount since i didn't know until after i had already placed the order.

Fundraising Auction I worked with Better Bidders for a fundraising auction. John was extremely helpful in describing the various materials used to make their auction paddles and also sent samples. No other printing company I had researched was able to specify exactly where my money was going and the product I could expect in return.
