First their plants are ful,l healthy… First their plants are ful,l healthy and lain so its v easy to pick up with out damaging them. They are beautiful plants and within an hour after plantng they stand up straight and lovely. The root systems are complete and easily plant. The fish love them.

Beyond rude and disrespectful to… Beyond rude and disrespectful to customers. This is an ongoing issue with AquariumPlants.com Look at their customer complaints on the Better Business Bureau. They keep getting the same response from customers who they made mistakes with orders and they respond with nasty messages and hate towards customers. They’re not professional and don’t care about customers. I never received any tracking information on my live plants shipment. I have to know when the plants are delivered so I can get them out of the cold so they don’t freeze. Not asking much to expect them to provide shipping info. I paid for shipping that comes with tracking. But they don’t want to understand that they’re in the wrong and attack me. I have a valid complaint against them with the BBB go see the response they sent me on the BBB site to understand how unprofessional they are
