They had noticed the one we had recently purchased for our new front entry. I have had less expensive mats in the past that did not hold up at all to moisture, wear, etc. I am confident that these mats will be welcoming our Oregon guests and those of our friends in Florida, for years to come. The quality and SERVICE Is great The quality is great. The design and spelling of last name accurate. The only thing that went wrong is the colors were reversed. I wanted tan with black lettering but got black with tan lettering. Maybe a preview photo before final product would be good. ***Previously I rated this company four stars because all was perfect except the colors were reversed. But when they saw why I rated four stars instead of five, the corrected the order immediately and set a new rug! All is perfect now! I am really impressed with the customer service and this company!
