The quality of the rugs are superb! Customer service is exceptional and extremely important to us. All of our questions and requests were handled in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. Especially helpful that they can refer to previous orders and help evaluate our needs based on them. Looking forward to decorating our next room!

The quality and SERVICE Is great The quality is great. The design and spelling of last name accurate. The only thing that went wrong is the colors were reversed. I wanted tan with black lettering but got black with tan lettering. Maybe a preview photo before final product would be good. ***Previously I rated this company four stars because all was perfect except the colors were reversed. But when they saw why I rated four stars instead of five, the corrected the order immediately and set a new rug! All is perfect now! I am really impressed with the customer service and this company!

Excellent quality AND service -- RTF went the extra mile! Not only did the rug turn out wonderfully (excellent quality), but the order was expedited and made it in plenty of time for our event. Much of that was due to the RugsThatFit team working so quickly to help us get our colors picked out and our design set up. Excellent customer from purchase to delivery The buying experience was excellent. Someone answered questions quickly every time and helped with recommendations for our space. Once purchased shipping required extra effort to get it to our area and to meet our window for delivery (twice). They helped in all three instances. We just now unrolled the rug and got it placed. It is beautiful. Extremely happy with our decision!
