When the color we picked was not available, the owner did not stop trying to reach me on my cell phone to get it right. I picked the next color available and am so pleased with the color and the quality. Next time I need a rug, I will buy again from RugsThatFit on PublicSq.

Customer services was great! I love my new rug! Customer services was great! Answered all my questions and in a very timely manner. The sample was large enough (6"x 7 1/2") to get a good idea of color and pattern and how it would feel under foot. I ordered a 4'x7' and it measured exactly 4x7, which was very important to me since there was less than 1/4" add'l space between the stove and island. Very pleased with my new kitchen rug and would definitely recommend RugsThatFit.

Excellent quality AND service -- RTF went the extra mile! Not only did the rug turn out wonderfully (excellent quality), but the order was expedited and made it in plenty of time for our event. Excellent customer from purchase to delivery The buying experience was excellent. Someone answered questions quickly every time and helped with recommendations for our space. Once purchased shipping required extra effort to get it to our area and to meet our window for delivery (twice). They helped in all three instances. We just now unrolled the rug and got it placed. It is beautiful. Extremely happy with our decision!

I like that these are custom, the rubber backing does not rub off on surface, mat design will not fade, made in USA. Love them and undoubtedly will be ordering more in the future.
