Easy to set up Easy to set up. They provided clear instructions on what needed to be done. Took a short time to get up and running.

No support on weekend Got the admin password on the following Monday. Travis called to follow up and made sure we could use it on the weekend. We ran test batches and the units performed well. I am satisfied with the service now. Still wish they had weekend support, but hopefully we won't need it. Thanks to Travis, a great job.
