So far so good So far so good. The process is pretty decent but not as user friendly as some services. You have to do some setup work and I'm still not 100% sure about how all the billing works but it was pretty strait forward to set it up on Gun broker and people paying with a credit card have had no trouble. I'm happy and I'm sure I'll figure the whole thing out pretty quickly.

No support on weekend Got the admin password on the following Monday. Travis called to follow up and made sure we could use it on the weekend. We ran test batches and the units performed well. I am satisfied with the service now. Still wish they had weekend support, but hopefully we won't need it. Thanks to Travis, a great job.
