GBECCS' customer service is second to… ECCS' customer service is second to none. I ran into an issue where the USPS temporarily lost my package, which wasn't found until after the cut off date for a signing. Chris went so far as to ask what cards I had sent and pulled from his own collection. I have never experienced a level of customer service like this. ECCS has a customer for life.

GBI was skeptical at first, but ECC NAILED IT!! I just wanted to say "THANK YOU!" for absolutely nailing my Randy Quaid autograph request! I've been hunting for this exact photo signed in a silver pen for over a year and ECC got it right! I was a bit nervous opening the package, as in today's world it's hard to find people that are accountable, but your team hit an absolute home run in satisfying my email request.
