ECCS' customer service is second to… ECCS' customer service is second to none. I ran into an issue where the USPS temporarily lost my package, which wasn't found until after the cut off date for a signing. Chris went so far as to ask what cards I had sent and pulled from his own collection. I have never experienced a level of customer service like this. ECCS has a customer for life.

I'm blown away by not only their attention to detail, but how quickly they send things back. Other autograph services take 6-8 weeks for them to send my items back.
