Very Reliable Service This was my first time using ECCS for an autograph send in. This is always a little bit scary when your item is already quite valuable. Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. Despite me waiting too long for signing, Brian still made it possible to print out 2 pics and have them signed at Christmas Con. Even more amazing item was shipped next day after signing and arrived to me in 3 days. Don't hesitate to use them.
